Co-Founder & Owner

Colleen is a lifelong entrepreneur, business leader, and trusted advisor who has spent decades helping people navigate significant life transitions. Throughout her career, she has coached business owners and leaders across the country, guiding individuals and families through change with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Her passion for Nonna & Co. is deeply personal. Having helped navigate transition journeys within her own family, including the challenges that come with downsizing, relocation, senior care decisions, and major life changes, Colleen understands both the practical and emotional aspects of the process. As Co-Founder of Nonna & Co., she is committed to helping families simplify overwhelming situations, preserve what matters most, and move forward with dignity and peace of mind.

Kim Neill

Co-Founder & Owner

Kim is a relationship builder, community connector, and trusted guide for families facing important life transitions. Known for her warmth, communication, and attention to detail, Kim helps clients feel supported throughout every stage of the process. As Co-Founder of Nonna & Co., she is passionate about creating meaningful connections, providing exceptional client care, and helping families navigate change with confidence. Her dedication to service and community is at the heart of the Nonna & Co. experience.

Laura Skender

Founding Partner | Estate Sales & Transition Specialist

With more than 10 years of estate sale experience, Laura brings extensive expertise in organization, merchandising, pricing, and client care. In addition to her estate sale background, she has worked in assisted living and memory care communities, giving her a unique understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face during major life transitions. As a Founding Partner of Nonna & Co., Laura combines compassion, experience, and attention to detail to help families navigate estate sales, downsizing, and transitions with confidence and peace of mind.

Jackie McKillip

Founding Partner | Estate Sales & Client Experience Specialist

Jackie is passionate about helping families through the estate sale and transition process with care, organization, and personal attention. Her strengths in operations, buyer relations, and event support help ensure every project runs smoothly. With previous experience as a certified caregiver, Jackie understands the importance of patience, compassion, and meeting families where they are during challenging times. As a Founding Partner of Nonna & Co., she is dedicated to creating a positive experience for both clients and shoppers while helping families move confidently into their next chapter.
